EduDeen – Journal of Islamic Educational Thought is a peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on education in general and Islamic education. The journal publishes high-quality scientific articles related to curriculum development, teaching and learning methods, instructional models, learning styles, and the integration of Islamic principles in contemporary education. The journal encourages an interdisciplinary approach that bridges classical Islamic educational traditions with modern pedagogical challenges.

EduDeen operates under a full open-access policy, allowing all articles to be accessed and downloaded for free without subscription or registration fees. To support the editorial process, maintenance of the online system, and long-term preservation, the journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 500,000 for each accepted manuscript. There is no charge for submitting manuscripts. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure objectivity and academic integrity.

Authors retain copyright over their works. EduDeen is published four times a year (March, June, September, and December) by EduDeen – Journal of Islamic Educational Thought, and all published content is archived through participation in the LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archiving systems. This journal adheres to a strict privacy policy, and the personal data of users, authors, and reviewers will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.  

Publication Language
The journal accepts articles only in English. Each article must include an abstract in two languages (Indonesian and English).
